Shipping Details

New Zealand Deliveries. We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. For customers with existing payment arrangements orders received by 12 noon NZ time should ship the same day. New customers paying via our Credit Card email link will have their orders shipped by courier once payment has been confirmed. We normally use Aramex Couriers standard service whose stated delivery times are next business day for South Island deliveries and 2 business days for North Island deliveries. Rural Delivery locations can expect a further day before delivery.

International Deliveries. You will be advised of the various shipping options and the cost of each option prior to billing and shipping.

The least cost option is normally Airmail Postage. Delivery times will vary according to location and delivery option chosen. Please be aware that all charges for shipping will be billed in New Zealand Dollars. You may also have other charges to pay such as Customs duties, currency conversion fees and other taxes. These charges will be in addition to our Invoice total charges and are beyond our control.

Returns Policy

If your order is damaged in transit please advise us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace the damaged items. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item we will replace it with the correct item. If you wish to return any item for any other reason we will credit your account for the cost of the items returned provided you advise us within 48 hours of your intention to return an item and provided you return the item promptly at your expense. The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to all goods purchased from this site for personal use within New Zealand and we will comply with our obligations under that Act.

Privacy Policy

We take our obligations to protect the privacy of the personal information you provide us very seriously. We NEVER pass this information on to third parties. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us.

Payments

Orders will be despatched once we have received your payment.

Your payment options are listed below. The same options are listed on our Online Order Form.

Credit Card Payments. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit card payments. If you chose this option we will email you an Invoice together with a link to our Secured Online Payments system provided by Paystation and the ANZ Bank. Clicking on this link enables you to enter your Credit Card details to complete the transaction. Alternatively, you may wish to phone or fax your card details to us for us to complete the transaction. Please be assured that we do not store your Credit Card details in any electronic form.

Internet Bank or Direct Credit Payments. If you chose this method of payment our Bank Account details are on the Invoice that you will receive by email, mail or with your Order.

Monthly Credit Account Payments. You will need to apply for approval to set up this form of payment. We expect to receive your payment on the 20th of the month following the Invoice date.

We take great care in sourcing our products from reputable suppliers. They are backed by Certificates of Analysis where this is appropriate and these are available on written request. Because the use of these products is entirely beyond our control we make no claims or warranties with respect to the products other than we believe they comply with the Certificates of Analysis. We make no therapeutic claims for any of our products and we expect our customers to use our products with care for their personal safety and the safety of others.
